What You'll Do
The Visitor Experience Officer (Extended Hours), is responsible for providing proactive, responsive, high-quality customer service standards for new and existing visitors to Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria during late afternoons and evenings across the daylight savings period. This role ensures visitors receive clear, welcoming information on arrival, and leave having had a positive and safe visitor experience. The role also provides a level of protection for site assets through the enforcement of key RBGV regulations.
We have two part-time positions available. Each position and corresponding shift pattern are noted below.
Position 1: Sunday – Tuesday, 4pm – 8pm (12 hours per week)
Position 2: Wednesday – Saturday, 4pm – 8pm (16 hours per week)
