With a history of strong client relationships, successful project delivery, low staff turnover, and a reputation as an employer of choice, GeoLINK is a great place to work.About the role:We are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated civil design engineer to join our great team and to share in the success of the company. We have a small team of experienced and well-respected civil engineers, and we are looking to bolster our capacity. We are open to receiving applications from candidates with a range of experience levels.You will be responsible for the delivery of civil engineering design projects, including project management, concept and detailed design, and production of engineering drawings. The role may also include preparation of construction contract documents and construction supervision. The successful candidate will have the option of being based in any of our three offices (Armidale, Coffs Harbour, or Lennox Head).What we can offer you:Competitive, negotiable salary package dependent on qualifications and experience (indicative range $75k to $130k).Stability and genuine career growth opportunities.Challenging and rewarding work, focused on delivering practical, innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.Flexible working conditions.Great working environment within a close-knit team.Minimum Requirements:A tertiary qualification in civil engineering.Experience in the design and documentation of land development/subdivision projects and civil infrastructure (roads, shared paths, car parks, water supply, sewerage, stormwater).Experience and competence using a civil design software package to produce designs, including 3D earthworks design.Good project and time management skills.Effective collaborator and comfortable working as part of a team, including multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A minimum of three years' relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment. Please note we are also interested in candidates who have substantially more experience.
