Brunel partners with a client seeking a Senior Contract Administrator due to increased project load.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on new projects in the QLD construction industry, focusing on Industrial New Build and Fit Out projects with values ranging from $10m to $100m. These projects cover Commercial and Industrial builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms.
* Monitor budgets, cost plans, and cash flow to maintain projects within financial targets.
* Approve claims, variations, and final accounts, working closely with project teams.
* Oversight of procurement and performance of subcontractors, ensuring deadlines, quality, and contractual obligations are met.
* Identify and mitigate risks, handle disputes, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills for forming relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (required).
* 6+ years of experience working directly for a Main Contractor Builder (required).
* Experience delivering projects within the Australian Construction Industry (required).
* Proven tenure within previous roles (required).
