What you will be doing:
· Responsible for working with Account and Sales teams to support Outsourcing related Services sales opportunities.
· Plays a role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.
· Develop a solution for the operation transformation and operational model, skills and team structure required to support the client’s Operations.
· End-to-end solution developed should enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong customer-service focus.
· Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work in geographically dispersed virtual multi-team environment to achieve the best outcomes.
· Able to build and maintain professional relationships with other teams and clients.
· Able to support the development of pricing models and Statements of Work.
· Provide relevant input to commercial and legal teams.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or above (Mandatory)
· 10+ years’ Experience with Solution Architecture and service delivery (Mandatory)
· 10+ years’ Experience with service delivery transformation, automation and transition (Mandatory)
Experience in Banking and compliance (Mandatory)
