What We Are Looking For Due to internal movements, we're looking for a senior team member to join our Maryborough based team, looking after our coastal run. You'll be responsible for supporting both the team leader and supervisor in implementing both day to day and programmed maintenance.
What Your Day Will Look Like Undertaking maintenance works in a variety of open space and coastal spaces, including some remote areasOperating a variety of plant and fleet in a safe and effective mannerCompleting relevant paperwork and keeping records up to date including risk assessments, inspection records, and pre start checksCoordinating appropriate resources including plant and staffCoaching and mentoring team membersWhat You'll Need For Success You'll have experience in a similar horticultural based position and will be comfortable stepping into a senior role within the team. Strong communication skills with the ability to relate well to both your team and members of the public that you may come into contact with will set you up for success.
