By providing information, support and advocacy, we seek to empower children, young people, individuals, families and communities, and to contribute to a balanced, just and ethical society.The Role:UMFC currently has an opportunity for a Child Wellbeing Team Leader to join our team in a full-time capacity (38.00 hours per week). You will be required to provide day-to-day support and work allocation to our practitioners. This opportunity will lead the development of strategies to enhance and expand the quality of services for children, families, and individuals at The Orange Door. The position requires active and continued participation in collaborative professional practice at The Orange Door and other partner agencies.Your Qualifications/Experience:The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
