Join Ward 3D at Princess Alexandra Hospital, a dynamic unit encompassing the Rehabilitation Unit, Rehabilitation and Care at Home (ReACH), the Acute Stroke Unit (ASCU), and Geriatric Evaluation and Management in the Home (GEMITH). As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide expert care and advanced problem-solving for clients with complex rehabilitation and acute stroke needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, multidisciplinary care across inpatient and virtual models. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical practice, education, and research while contributing to innovative service delivery and management activities within a collaborative team environment.
