Located on Brisbane's north side with convenient onsite parking, they are looking for a motivated Customer Service professional to join their supportive and high-performing Customer Care team.About the Role Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, this role offers the flexibility of working from home four days a week.
As part of the Customer Care team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Your day-to-day will include: Assisting customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Managing customer correspondence and administrative requests Accurately recording interactions in the CRM system Liaising with territory managers, sales teams, warehouse staff, and other internal departments Processing medical loan kit bookings Assisting with invoice generation Updating customer details Investigating and resolving issues with missing or partial shipments Your strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be key to your success in this role.About you We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ideally, you'll bring: Experience in a corporate customer service or administrative role Knowledge of invoicing and order processing A proactive and motivated attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail Confidence in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with CRM systems (JDE, Excel, or Salesforce experience is a bonus) Benefits This is an incredible opportunity to be part of an award-winning organisation that genuinely values its team.
