As part of our Project Capability Team, you'll be pivotal to the successful running and execution of large projects. Our projects can be shorter-term engagements or longer-term. You'll engage with stakeholders cross-functionally, work on varied projects, and be given the freedom to solve problems creatively. This role will be worked hybrid and as such, there is flexibility on work location across Australia. What You'll Do Actively manage program of work scope for projects Create schedules & reporting that is concise, summarizing performance and metrics Data analysis & reporting on schedule of projects Coordinate with cost control Collaborate with project managers providing them with critical path planning perspectives Identify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actions Develop continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participate in execution Develop project plan and scheduling Support the team's schedule change control efforts Interact daily with technical leads, internal stakeholders as well as customers Execute the plans to meet customer required date Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures Maintain reports to reflect scheduling methods, support performance and process procedures Create a valid master schedule in which priority due dates are equal to need dates and planned capacity equals required capacity Develop relevant performance metrics, monitor performance and issue monthly reports About You To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience: A solid understanding of project management principles and processes A passion for scheduling and controls Excellent verbal & written communication skills Microsoft Project / MS Project and Primavera experience Ability to program software to import and export data Be a team player confident talking to stakeholders at various levels A mind for data interpretation & analysis Experience with Miro or other collaboration tools is an advantage Agile methodology experience is an advantage If you are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
