Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead the Corporate Sales team across venues, driving inbound and outbound sales. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company growth targets. Manage a personal portfolio of B2B clients, fostering client retention and satisfaction. Act as the primary brand ambassador, maintaining and nurturing corporate client relationships. Identify new business opportunities and implement lead generation strategies. Lead tender proposals for government and private contracts with cross-department collaboration. Support seamless event execution, ensuring venues meet company standards for presentation. Foster relationships with event suppliers, negotiating contracts to align with budget goals. Mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for the Corporate Sales team. Stay informed on industry trends, representing the company at events and networking opportunities. Desired Skills and Attributes Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years in corporate sales, ideally with B2B or events industry experience. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering on growth strategies. Established network within Sydney's corporate and government sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with a commitment to team development.
