As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join our dedicated team and help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Position Title: Operations Manager Location: Greater Launceston or Bridport (with option for remote work) Renumeration: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (Full-time) Start Date: Immediate Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production team. This role will involve managing workflows, coordinating schedules, handling client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of shoots for our photographers, videographers, and editors. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management and administration, with experience in real estate or working with real estate clients considered a bonus. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Workflow CoordinationOversee the day-to-day scheduling and organisation of workflows for photographers, videographers, and editors. Ensure the efficient and timely execution of projects from start to finish. Client Communications & FeedbackAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or queries. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Shoot Booking & ManagementHandle all aspects of shoot coordination, including booking appointments, liaising with clients and team members, and managing logistics to ensure smooth operations on shoot days. Team CollaborationFoster a team-oriented culture, working closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and other team members to ensure high levels of productivity, communication, and collaboration. Administrative and Customer SupportAssist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, tracking project progress, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time for internal processes. Quality ControlEnsure that the final deliverables meet the high standards of quality expected by our clients and that all deadlines are met. Key Requirements Proven experience in team management and administration, with a strong understanding of workflow organisation and process improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal team dynamics and client relationships. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in real estate or working with real estate clients is an advantage. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate and support team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently when required. Desirable Skills Experience with project management software or tools (e.g., Trello, Aryeo, etc.). Ability to handle high pressure tasks and quick turnaround times. Basic understanding of photography and videography processes as well as requirements. A background in customer service or client management. Location & Work Arrangements: This position is based in the greater Launceston or Bridport area, with the flexibility to work from home or in our Bridport office.
