The Role As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support the successful delivery of a Platform Remediation, Platform Integration, Infrastructure Integration, and Cybersecurity Uplift. You will work closely with the IT and Apps Manager to plan and implement technology projects. Your duties will include business analysis, gathering requirements, process design, and ensuring successful implementation of business and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in preparing project artefacts, facilitating workshops, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting the ongoing optimization of business processes. Key responsibilities include: Leading requirements gathering, use case development, and process design. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable stories. Managing ongoing traceability of business requirements. Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating workshops, showcases, and demos. Providing business stakeholder training and change management support. Contributing to continuous improvement and lessons learned. Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills. Your profile should demonstrate: Essential Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or Business Analyst certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior management, staff, and external stakeholders. Proven experience in business analysis, especially in working with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and managing contracts. Ability to manage conflicting demands and work under pressure. Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and technology solutions. Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and Driver's License. Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector in Victori is desirable.
