The Role As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the senior Project Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to work across three workstreams which involve supporting the successful delivery of a System Remediation, System Integration, and bringing two organisations onto the same platform. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Business Lead and stakeholders from the acquired business to plan and implement technology projects. Your duties will include business analysis, gathering requirements, process design, and ensuring successful implementation of business and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in preparing project artefacts, facilitating workshops, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting the ongoing optimization of business processes. Your Profile We are seeking candidates who are highly collaborative, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. To be the successful candidate you will be immediately available and have experience in the following areas: Leading requirements gathering, use case development, and process design. Translating business requirements into clear, actionable stories. Managing ongoing traceability of business requirements. Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating workshops, showcases, and demos. Contributing to continuous improvement and lessons learned. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior management, staff, and external stakeholders. Proven experience in business analysis, especially in working with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and managing contracts. Ability to manage conflicting demands and work under pressure. Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and Driver's License.
