Ventia are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Services Manager to play a critical role primarily coordinating inspection programs and managing the day-to-day delivery of reactive and planned maintenance. This is to ensure our continued services are delivered safely, on time, to budget and meet the KPIs of the contract. This role works alongside internal and with external stakeholders to optimise work allocation to subcontractors and ensure smooth delivery of the contract services.
This role will be based at - RAAF Base Tindal, NT. Which is located aproximentally 15km south from the township of Katherine.

Some key deliverables in this role will include;
5. Provide reports and other requested information to facilitate contract compliance and service delivery
6. Assess service performance of subcontractors and identify improvement initiatives
7. Overview the maintenance plan to ensure that it complements and will not restrict or hinder operational activities occurring on site.
8. Provide expert advice to Defence as and when required.
9. Provide technical support and advice to Supervisors responsible for delivery areas.
10. Ensure that work planned and authorised by Defence is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
11. Assess service performance of subcontractors and identify improvement initiatives
12. Assist SHEQ team in incident and non-conformance investigations
The key skills and attributes required to be successful in this role include:
13. 5+ years’ experience Facilities Management or Asset Management in large and complex organisations that require remote management
14. Demonstrated experience in SAP ERP software
15. Operational experience in high-risk environments
16. Experience of KPI management and compliance techniques
17. Superior and proven verbal and written communication
18. High level customer focus, engagement skills and responsiveness to customer requests
19. Experience in planning and organising, people management, effective subcontractor management, negotiation and influencing
20. Current NT Driver’s License
21. Able to obtain Defence security clearance of the back of detailed background checks.
