What are you going to doYou will be responsible for:Hiring into our Summer Vacation and Graduate Programs, as well as Scholarship studentsWorking with Functional Leaders and guiding them through the structured student campaign, with workload peaking in August-November period with interviews, due diligence, and offers periodMay include some interstate travel to attend University Careers Fairs (likely in March-April)Working with the business to establish requirements for volume of hiring by disciplineCreating Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors and advertising across multiple platforms including multiple external sites (UniHub, GradConnect, Prospel, etc)Coordinating shortlisting and screening activities with multiple stakeholders across the businessManaging bulk interviews over a condensed period and coordinating Business Leaders to attend the interviewsLeading and coordinating bulk due diligence for volume of candidatesLeading bulk offers to volume of candidatesWorking with our Workforce Administration Team for offers and onboardingClosing out and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidatesThe role supports the integration of our Scholarship students into required rolesEssential skills and knowledgeRequirementsExperienced Recruiter who can demonstrate strong abilities managing end-to-end recruitmentA collaborative style with an ability to build high-trust relationships with all stakeholdersExperienced sourcing for diverse candidates in a tight marketStrong background in delivering Student / Graduate Campaigns, paired with an ability to form meaningful interactions with the student cohortStrong administrative and coordination skills paired with an attention to detail and a methodical approach to processesA commitment to Diversity and unwavering values of Inclusion, Respect, and Integrity are fundamental to this roleKnowledge of a range of White-collar professional roles (e.g., Engineering, Project Controls, Finance, Legal, etc.)SuccessFactors or other large ERP systems experienceDegree qualification in Human Resources / Psychology OR equivalent - desirableBenefits:Excellent negotiable day rateSalary sacrificingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate discounts
