This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while supporting key HR functions across the business.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. Your key duties will include:Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and induction coordination.Preparing and maintaining employment contracts, variations, and other HR documentation.Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, training, and offboarding processes.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Coordinating company-provided housing, ensuring lease agreements, payments, inventory, and inspections align with personnel movements.Providing advice and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.Assisting in the development and implementation of HR tools, systems, and organisational development strategies.Supporting the HR Manager with risk management, employee relations, and leadership development initiatives.Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll NeedTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:Previous experience in a fast-paced HR role.A minimum Certificate IV in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Sound knowledge of HR legislation and compliance requirements.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with the Construction, Asphalt, and Transport Modern Awards is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Competitive remuneration package.A supportive and inclusive family-business culture.Long-term job security with an industry-leading company.Tremendous career growth potential in a rapidly expanding organisation.Local living allowance & salary sacrifice options available.If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career with a company that values its people, apply today!
