A well-established government organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager, HRIS. Your new company You will be part of a major Victorian government-owned organisation, whose role is to promote road safety and provide benefits to those who are involved in accidents. Your new role Lead the strategic planning and execution of the HRIS uplift project, including defining project scope and desired outcomes. Shape the HRIS strategy for the organisation, informed by best practice and industry standards. Conduct a thorough assessment of current state processes through mapping and understanding of pain points, to determine the requirements and business value of an integrated HRIS platform. Utilise business architecture to articulate HRIS capabilities and outline the future technology landscape for supporting employee management. Develop business cases and implement an effective procurement approach including a go-to-market exercise for both product and implementation partner selection. Communicate project statuses, changes, and insights to senior executives, fostering a collaborative environment and strong stakeholder relationships.
