About Our Client Leading American FMCG manufacturer with solid footprint in Australia. Job Description Create detailed annual growth plans for ANZ region in line with the global strategy. Identify new business opportunities within ANZ region and define how to address them. Achieve the revenue, cost, and direct gross margin objectives of ANZ region. Define sales targets for key accounts on annual basis. Define cost-to-serve budget for the ANZ region as it relates to sales support activities. Ensure new product launch plans are developed and executed at key account level (sell-in). Assess sell-in and sell-through key account performance and advise KAM to take action where needed. Provide input on monthly sales forecast (S&OP process). Lead GTM meetings in the region to ensure strategies are aligned with business goals & objectives. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience with B2B sales management. Strong knowledge managing electronics Key Accounts. Extensive knowledge about the CE industry. International business experience. Proven experience of people management. Experience in driving account management on an enterprise selling model basis.
