Key Responsibilities:
o Manage strategic procurement activities exceeding specified thresholds or high-risk nature.
o Foster stakeholder engagement for continuous improvement.
o Oversee end-to-end supplier management and support negotiations.
o Advocate Procure to Pay processes and manage procurement workflows.
o Ensure compliance with audit actions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
o Degree qualified within Commerce, Business, and/or Procurement-related disciplines.
o Strong team management and communication skills.
o Extensive procurement knowledge with expertise in sourcing and contract management.
o Proficiency in project and relationship management.
o Advanced MS Office and Procurement Systems skills.
o Thorough understanding of contract law and legislative obligations.
o Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 8 years in commercial procurement.
o Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
o Proven ability in team and project management.
o Technical skills in Source to Contract, Contract Management, Negotiation, and Financial Management.
