Agilitus are accepting expressions of interest for our Graduate Mechanical Engineering program for a January 2026 intake. Company Size: 300-500
Graduate Program Duration: 2 years
Our Mechanical team consists of talented engineers and designers who provide a full suite of engineering services including dynamic analysis and non-linear finite element analysis (FEA), on a wide range of small and large projects.
Some of our Mechanical capabilities include Bulk Materials Handling Design, Crushers, Overland Conveyors, Process Plant Equipment, Tailings Dams & Pumping Design, and NPI Equipment Design & Services.

Our Graduate Development Program. Our graduate program will help you develop a strong foundation of relevant skills and experience through formal, interactive, and informal learning experiences, on-the-job exposure, project rotation across multi-disciplines and onsite visits.
You will be supported by our Engineering Manager, Discipline Leads, Design and Project Engineers and your Graduate buddy.
You will also receive continuing support by catch ups with your Graduate cohort as well as being assigned a mentor for the duration of the program.
