Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain our Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business profiles for all venues.
* Develop high-quality photography, videography (including reels), and graphic designs for digital and print materials.
* Plan and manage a strategic social media calendar aligned with events and campaigns.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reviews professionally.
* Coordinate paid social media campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and optimal performance.
* Keep venue websites and online listings up-to-date with accurate and relevant information.
* Design and distribute EDMs to promote events, updates, and offers.
* Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and activations.
Requirements:
* A qualification (or working towards) in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns (Meta expertise essential).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat).
* Experience with tools such as WordPress, Shopify, MailChimp, Canva, or task managers like Asana or Monday.com is preferred.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proofreading abilities.
* Creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driver's license.
