You will play a vital role in driving Megaport's profitable growth, by working alongside global Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives. Centered around deal support, you will equip the Sales team with the necessary resources to succeed, offering guidance on pricing, discounts, products, and network solutions. This new position will be best fit for a professional with a background in sales or finance operations, that is looking to expand their expertise, and build a strong foundation in commercial pricing and strategy.What You'll Be DoingDeal Review and Approval: Review and approve all discount, free period, and adjustment requests from the sales team, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and pricing strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely and effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, to streamline the management of deal-related inquiries and approvals.Streamline Processes: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the deal approval process, manage and control delegation authorities and approval limits. Collaborate with engineering to optimise the billing and discounting process.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all deal approvals, discounts, and adjustments.
