Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service through efficient phone manner and professional presentation.
Oversight of reception duties includes managing incoming calls, email correspondence, and walk-in enquiries.
Maintain a tidy reception area and provide administrative support to the Property Management team when needed.
Liaise with contractors, arrange keys, and manage sign-out procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all incoming calls and direct them accordingly
* Respond to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
* Assist walk-in enquirers with their queries
* Ensure the reception area is always immaculate
* Provide administrative support to the Property Management team during peak periods
* Liaise with contractors and coordinate tasks such as key arrangement and sign-out
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in pursuing a career within the property or real estate sector
* The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
