Admin ManagerMaitland Baptist OOSH!Operating 10 OOSH Services and 3 Vacation Care Centres in the Maitland/Lower Hunter Valley area with over 30 years’ experience in the Child Care Industry.The applicants should be experienced, enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals with a genuine interest for 5 – 12 year old children.This position reports directly to the Director and forms part of the Operation Team.This position ensures that the Organisation runs effectively and efficiently.You will be responsible for the administration team.Applicants must be able to work with MBCCC Ltd Philosophy and vision statement.· Experience in software (OWNA) Xero, Deputy· Must have experience working in the OOSH space· Must have good people and organisational skills· Must have an excellent understanding of CCS· Organise deliveries to centres as required· Assisting with all queries relating to admin (as required)· Managing Admin Staff· Responding to booking requests (as required)· Assisting in management of accounting processes • Responding to admin related complaints· Responding to admin relating centre requests· Enrollment management processes & waitlists· Answering phones as required· Assisting supervisors with computer issues· Assisting Managers with anything that needs to be created/completed (as required)· Assisting with programming (as required)· Emailing staff relevant information e.g. updates, policies, meeting times/dates etc (as required)
