The Role
Our dedicated and fabulous sales team is on the look out for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands how to engage with and sell to our clients (Real Estate Agents) to grow their online profile.
With proven experience building new business, meeting and exceeding sales target and activity KPI’s you will be on the frontline, educating and training our clients on how to grow their online profile through our innovative reviews platform.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential customers (outbound calls and online meetings) to sell them our subscription packages and digital marketing products, designed specifically for the Real Estate agents
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
Solutions sales - really demonstrate the value of the product to our clients - helping them see the value and benefits of our product in boosting their online presence
Learn about new functionality to the product as it is released to maximise upselling opportunities
Be a market & industry expert; discuss market trends with your clients
Contribute to the team in developing intelligent sales strategies based on customer feedback
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product Team and CX) including providing them with timely product improvement feedback from your customers
Thrive in a team environment, sharing leads and building camaraderie
Requirements
Experience in the Real Estate sector
Proven experience in an sales / business development role in a SaaS-based environment
An understanding of digital & social media marketing
Proven experience delivering consistently on sales targets, using a modern CRM (Hubspot is preferred)
Team player and strong work ethic with a can do attitude (and a drive for constant learning)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and administrative abilities
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and experienced working with browser based software
Experience working in a high growth business environment and start up culture is advantageous
