6. Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales
7. Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
8. Roster your team in line with stores trading profile
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
9. Experience in developing and coaching a team and providing praise & improvement feedback
10. Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
11. Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
12. Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
13. Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief preferred
