Urbis Brisbane is actively seeking a Front Desk Concierge to become an integral part of our dynamic team.This is not your typical office role - it's an opportunity to utilise your hospitality expertise in a corporate environment that truly values it.In this role, you'll work closely with our Office Services Manager and Client Services Coordinator, to deliver unparalleled service to all our stakeholders, from clients and employees to guests.Your attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and time management will ensure the smooth running of our office.Your background in customer-centric roles, retail, or hospitality will be your secret ingredient in enhancing our office space experience, ensuring every requirement is met and every event is executed to the highest standard.You will: Support the seamless daily operations of the office.Meet and greet all staff and visitors to the Urbis office, and proactively find opportunities to exceed customer expectations anticipating customer needs.Ensure site access compliance measures are implemented and adhered to including access card, printer and locker programming.Manage and coordinate all back of house facilities including meeting rooms, kitchen and break out areas to ensure the highest standards of customer service are provided.Collaborate with the Regional Director and Office Services Manager to deliver outstanding office wide events and activities, including local Business Services Team Building events, office monthly morning teas, Friday night drinks and other events.Collaborate with the national Office Services team to coordinate an annual calendar of staff activation activities that align with Urbis initiatives such as RAP, Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health etc.About You: Prior experience in a customer focussed role, i.e., airline, hospitality, hotelier concierge, corporate office or co-working space.Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite (particularly Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel).RSA / Food Safety Training (ideal).Certificate(s) in Hospitality (ideal).High School Completion Certificate – Senior Certificate (QLD).Why Urbis?
