• Wagga Wagga • Ongoing (35 hrs. per week) • Clerk Grade 1/2, base salary ($73,522 - $79,931), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role The Client Services Officer provides a range of clerical and administrative services including, but not limited to, responding to client enquiries, data entry and records management. In Local Courts, the Client Services Officer is primarily involved in assisting in the operation of court rooms. What you’ll do • Facilitates the smooth operation of the court by effectively liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders. • Anticipates the needs of the judiciary and other key stakeholders in the courtroom, providing timely and effective responses. • Deliver high-level clerical and administrative support to the court and registry. • Accurately enter data using computer systems. • Provide exceptional client services. • Aid in the effective implementation of improved work practices. • Adapt to working in various jurisdictions. • Adhere to departmental policies and practices, including harassment prevention, EEO, EAPS, Code of Conduct, WH&S, Ethical Work Practices, Disability Awareness, and ATSI Strategies.
