Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our temporary team within a Qld Government department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Manage incoming correspondence and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
* Provide quality services in word processing, spreadsheet development, presentations and data input.
* Assist with asset management, financial reporting, procurement and record management.
* Maintain office accommodation, plant and equipment, telecommunications, motor vehicles and assets.
* Oversee and administer records management and information systems, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars and travel arrangements as required.
* Assist in delivering and coordinating other business management functions and projects as needed.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Experience with Aurion and eDOCs is highly regarded.
