We are now accepting applications for our two-year Graduate Program, to commence in early 2026.
The program offers a diverse start to your mining career, with a portfolio of underground and open pits across Gold Fields in Australia. You will build highly sought-after skills in one of Australia's most prosperous gold regions, working in a safe, challenging and rewarding environment.
About the Role
The Graduate: Community Relations role involves rotating across our four Australian mine sites, where you will have the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced professionals.

Requirements
* Due to complete a Tertiary Qualification in Community Development, Social Performance, Social Impact, Social Science, Indigenous Studies, Stakeholder Management (or similar) at the end of 2025
* C Class manual drivers licence, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement of the Graduate Program
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Problem solver and innovative thinker
* Previous vacation work within the mining industry an advantage
* Working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions
