The Sales & Education Supervisor is tasked with achieving business objectives through supporting in physical and virtual coaching in their designated region, and efficiently maintaining the assigned operation tasks including planning and execution. S/he is a self-motivator who understands and can cope well with the Travel Retail environment. This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity. Key responsibilities but are not limited to: Retail Sales Assist ASOM on developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPI and objectives of assigned counters. Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to ASOM and develop strategies to improve performance. Create and maintain an atmosphere that is focused on achieving sales and profit goals. Training & Coaching Provide virtual and on counter training and coaching in the areas of brand products and customer service. Identify training and coaching needs of the assigned counter, such as Estee at Your Service. Partner with education team to further develop customer service of the team. Provide update training on new launches. Working with education team on staff uniform orders. Promotions Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artists and consumer engagement and drive sales. Assist ASOM in planning and leading all events, working with relevant stakeholders including Retailers, Airports, Marketing and Education team. Coach counter manager on leading and managing the store and team during Events. Assist SEE in GWP & POSM plan and execution. Inventory Ensure counter managers have correct tools and training to manage inventory levels properly. Recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials. Identify slow moving products or over stocks, working on sell through plan and execute on counter. Ensure assortment is relevant to each counter. Human Resources Assist SEE in recruiting and hiring the quality of management and retail staff required to meet brand standards of excellence. Provide ongoing training to empower counter manager to run their businesses successfully. Provide clear constructive feedback on a regular basis to counter manager and BA concerning their job performance. Initiate strong internal relations to encourage healthy business development. Maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team building and motivation. Manage time, establish priorities and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives. Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel. Skills & Experience Tertiary education, diploma or university graduate preferred. Previous retail management experience in cosmetic field preferred. Training and coaching background a plus. Travel Retail experience advantageous.
