GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
Reporting to the WA Operations Manager and client lead, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Mechancial Project Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to support one of our main clients managing projects valued at $400k - $20m.
Working closely with our client you will be required to manage several internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
4. Prepare project documentation including but not limited to;Project execution planRequest for quotationsContracting strategy (by working closely with the clients contract and procurement officer)Procurement register
5. Stakeholder engagement internal and external
6. Costings and Budget tracking and forecasting
7. Data tracking and reporting
8. Preparation and sign off of plans, quotations and strategies
9. Managing MOC processes
10. Manage regulatory requirements
11. Manage HSE requirements for applicable projects with the HSE team
12. Liaise with other client interfaces to engineers to harmonise other WA related projects to provide efficiency for shutdowns, construction, etc
13. Oversee and conduct weekly meetings and briefings
14. Manage service providers contractors and suppliers
Qualifications & Experience Required:
15. Degree in Engineering
16. 10-15 years project management industry experience in oil and gas industry;
17. High level of analysis skills;
18. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
19. Able to mentor junior staff and help build competency and team processes/systems.
