Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive business success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Shift management by ensuring high service standards are met
* Maintaining a positive company culture and values
* Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
* Forecasting and achieving revenue targets with Company Executive
* Developing and implementing quality and service standards
* Managing cleaning and maintenance schedules
* Creating standard operating procedures for restaurant procedures and service sequence
Additional Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and inducting staff to maintain high standards
* Developing staffing structure, roles, and job descriptions
* Designing and implementing staff training programs
* Updating menu and beverage lists accurately
* Conducting staff briefings and roster management
* Managing cash POS systems and reporting
* Implementing and maintaining POS systems and software
* Opening and closing the venue
* Responding to messages and emails in a timely manner
* Assisting in facility development planning and service improvements
* Identifying trends and creating opportunities to maximize revenue
* Collaborating with marketing teams for brand visibility
* Staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences
Requirements:
* Diploma + 3 years of relevant work experience
* Strong leadership skills and team management abilities
* Problem-solving skills with informed decision-making
* Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
* A solid understanding of financial operations and culinary techniques
