The Foot Force Podiatry is a Private Podiatry Practice located in the heart of Fairfield NSW 2165. We are a Podiatrist owned clinic with the view of changing the healthcare outcomes of Fairfield. We are a comprehensive clinic which only provides high quality care. Get the benefits of:

The Opportunity
The Foot Force Podiatry is dedicated to helping families stay happy, healthy and active! We focus on actively helping people toward better health (not just toenails!). We offer only the latest and advanced treatment options and technology for all foot and lower limb pain and complications. We have a special interest in Musculoskeletal injuries and orthotics design. We provide enough time per consultation and/or treatment to provide quality foot care, education and assessments to your patients and build long lasting relationships.
Our modern clinic is equipped with the equipment required to help take you to the next level of your career: LASER for fungal nails, Shockwave therapy for pain relief, 3D colour scanning for orthoses (no more messy casting OR inaccurate foam boxes!).
In the role, you will provide high quality Podiatric care, building relationships to maximise foot care and overall enhancing their health and wellbeing. we are looking for a highly motivated, experience seeking, hardworking and fun Podiatrist who is looking to accelerate their career in Podiatry and to join our team. This is NOT a job, we are looking for a Podiatrist who is looking for a career. We are committed to providing outstanding customer care and best practice, your responsibilities will include:
o Assessing, diagnosing, treating and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb.
o Diabetic foot health assessments and education.
o Contributing towards the patient's chronic disease management and treatment plan.
o Provide treatment for high-risk patient groups (including referrals to our Pedorthist).
o Offer footwear and foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff and carers; determining patients who require custom made medical grade footwear.
o Biomechanical assessments to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
o Treating and managing ingrown toenails, including both conservation and surgical procedures.
o Maintain quality notes, documentation and treatment planning procedures.
o Undertake a range of administrative tasks such as ensuring stock levels are maintained, and that equipment is kept in good working order, daily reports and other paperwork.
o Most importantly, having fun doing what you love!

Requirements for the role:
o Degree Qualified in Podiatry or equivalent
o Full registration with AHPRA + provider number
o Passion for helping others
o A team player and positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and enthusiasm
o Working rights within Australia
o Permanent resident in Australia
o Strong communication skills
o Willingness to continuous learning and be coached
Job Type: Permanent Part-time
Schedule:
o 8 hour shifts
o Pay dependant on experience, skill and performance
