Senior Project Co-ordinator
* 12 months Contract with possible extension

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Co-ordinator to join our Federal Government Client team.
Role responsibilities
* Lead a small team of coordinators & support analysts to support program and procurement management related activities.
* Coordinate development of project and procurement documentation (such as Approach to Market Documents, Evaluation Plans, Reports etc).
* Ensure coordination of procurement meetings with cross-functional stakeholders are in place.
* Develop and organise material for meetings such as briefing presentations, reports updates etc.
* Maintain Program probity requirements.
* Support interface with Procurement Branch, Probity Advisors, Legal Counsel & external agencies.
* Coordinate industry briefings and external communications.
* Coordinate negotiations activities.
* Other activities as directed by the Project Manager and Director Corporate System.
Skills
* 2-4 years’ experience working in a similar role.
* Demonstrate leadership skills in leading a small team.
* Demonstrate experience in navigating the Commonwealth’s ICT investment Framework.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the Digital and ICT Investment Oversight Framework (IOF).
* Experience in coordinating Approach to Market documents.
* Experience in supporting Tender evaluation and negotiations including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
* Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
