This role will report to the Quality Operations Manager. The main purpose of this role is to assist with reviewing batch documents and in process testing results completed by production personnel.

Responsibilities include:
* Review batch documentation and in process testing results completed by production personnel.
* Maintain the Customer Complaint system by registering complaints, investigating complaints, organising investigations from Manufacturing, collection of batch records and retention samples for investigation purposes, writing of reports.
* Review and Quality Release of Finished Product batches, paper-based and electronic.
* Assist the Senior Quality Associate/Site Microbiologist, as required, in Environmental and RO Water monitoring.
* Perform quality trending of production HVAC reports.
* Investigate and write Complaint reports (internal and external customers).
* Adhere to all company WHS policies and comply with all company policies and procedures and also advise in relation to Value, Ethics, Quality Management and GMP
* Demonstrate commitment to Continuous Improvement (Cl) and Operational Excellence within the department and the site.
Who are you?
* Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Science fields and/or equivalent experience.
* At least 1 or 2 years of work experience in a similar quality assurance or review role or something similar which applied investigative and report writing skills.
* Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with particular focus on Health and Nutrition, over the counter (OTC) products and the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPc).
* Strong ability to pay attention to detail, investigative skills and strong ethically and rule driven.
* Strong interest in dealing with data management, interpretative, reporting, problem-solving and technical writing skills.
