The Opportunity:
The role will sit within the Business Ops and Delivery. The Payment Solution and Analysis team provides solution and analysis expertise to product and scheme teams (including NPP, eftpos and BPay).
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to payment solution and analysis for developing, capturing and delivering requirements.

The capabilities we’re seeking are:
1. Experience with payment vendor applications (e.g., FIS, Swift, Paytec), ISO 20022/NPP, and a background in Solution Design or Technical Business Analysis, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
2. Ability to maintain high standards in business analysis to support consistent project outcomes.
3. Skill in performing thorough gap analyses to ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements.
4. Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Developers, and Testers.
5. Proficiency in delivering Business Analysis artifacts aligned with AP+ standards when assigned to a project.
6. Expertise in product backlog management, with the ability to identify, document, and refine user stories, detailing acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
