ROLE SNAPSHOT:
IT Service Coordinator position responsible for ensuring a successful and seamless IT service experience to customers.
It's a non-technical role focusing on service delivery through the coordination, prioritisation, reporting, and allocation of tickets to the IT Support team.
Career path available towards a Service Delivery Manager or Account Manager role over time.
Key elements of the role include:
* Resource allocation, scheduling, dispatching.
* Team coordination and collaboration to ensure IT service delivery to customers.
* Process improvement & optimisation.
* Proactive & preventative analysis (trends, issues etc).
* Service capacity & capability management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / BACKGROUND / QUALITIES:
Ideal for a confident and highly organised people-person capable of 'getting the best out of others' when coordinating them to achieve outcomes for customers.
Someone from a Service Desk background looking to move into a non-technical leadership role could be suitable OR someone experienced with the coordinating & organisation of others relating to service/support functions.
The following is required:
* Excellent people skills and experience coordination and brining others together to get the best out of them to deliver an outcome.
* Display excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
* Accountability mindset.
* Able to think outside the square, think, and analyse to suggest improvements.
* Understanding of Service Desk function works.
* IT MSP experience and ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
* Friendly & approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
This is a full-time permanent role located in near Macquarie Park (hybrid working available) and is offering circa $80,000 - $85,000 +super - depending on experience.
