Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer (12mth Maternity Leave)

The role
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Graphics Design expert who is wanting to become an integral part of our Client Solutions team. In this role you will support the Marketing team with the production of graphical marketing & social media content. Please note, at this time, this position is a 12-month, maximum term contract, on a full-time basis.
In this role you will be given the opportunity to create and develop material that helps the business market and pitch our expertise to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Marketing Manager with the design of relevant marketing assets for use across the digital space, including high quality design and artwork following set brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging is delivered via print & digital platforms.
* Design EDM's and supporting artwork.
* Assist Marketing Manager with website updates.
* Design social media banners (static and animated).
* Manage social media content and planning on LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Design content marketing such as ebooks and infographics.
* Develop promotional artwork for webinars and face-to-face events.
* As required, assist the Proposal Manager with the preparation of appropriate submission documentation, interpreting information received from team members and prepare the collateral.
Skills and attributes
* Qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
* Highly creative with a passion for graphic design.
* Intermediate Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop experience.
* Good knowledge of Creative Cloud apps.
* Experience with Hubspot not essential but would be advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Deadline driven with exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
