Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the "content and writing guru," you'll play a key role in shaping the social media and communications strategy!

Your daily duties will include:
* Lead the development and execution of social media and digital content for projects.
* Plan and manage content calendars for key internal and industry events.
* Create engaging copy for websites, social media, and internal communications.
* Coordinate onsite photo and video shoots, ensuring budget and quality standards are met.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders on content opportunities to expand our reach.
* Monitor media and competitors to track performance and suggest improvements.
* Ad hoc comms, content, PR or administrative duties that may come up.
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
* You are a go-getter and looking to take the next step in your career, are studying alongside, or you’ve been in a similar role and are looking to join a fantastic company!

* Expertise in LinkedIn and Instagram content creation.
* Proficiency in video editing for social media platforms.
* Strong writing skills with a background in content creation or copywriting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for construction, design, and property.
* Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
* Autonomous and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
