As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for establishing relationships (B2B), customer retention, and up-selling. This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role, using phone, emails and as well as other appropriate tools to approaches to build and foster solid and lasting relationships with travel providers, who can utilise the effective platform. Description This is an ongoing contract position that is fully remote, where you will be set up with all tools of trade required for the job. Reporting to the General Manager ANZ, who is based here in Australia, your responsibilities will include: You will be the primary point of sales contact for travel agents (by phone, email, and WhatsApp, etc) Assist in all related sales processes, including credit management, offline activities, lead generation, training, and complaint resolution. Provide sales support and guidance to travel agents around the company's reservations systems Act as a support to Sales Managers with administrative duties when required With internal support from teams in head office, you will drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases. Profile As well as having a fantastic phone manner and the ability to build rapport easily, the successful candidate will look like: Demonstrate a growth mindset and a solid work ethos 3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry (B2B). Previous experience in servicing travel agents or travel suppliers would be highly beneficial Organisational aptitude and impeccable time management A proactive team player with a self-starter mentality.
