About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing front line technical support to VIPs or executive level customers, applying your passion in technologies while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 or 2 support at an executive level and experience in providing technical support efficiently and effectively.
* Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Group Policies, Autopilot, and video conferencing solutions.
* Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, routers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
Requirements
* Recent experience in Active Directory, AAD, Exchange, MS Office Suite, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix, antivirus tools, network protocols, SCCM, and Nexthink.
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting IT assets.
* Passion for everything digital to oversee and maintain digital user devices and drive improvements in digital interactions.
