PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The admin officer will be managing inquiries mailbox, handling inquiries, processing payments and invoices, maintaining accurate electronic records, and ensuring compliance with policies for operational success. the role plays a vital part in enhancing daily operations, fostering effective communication, and supporting overall success KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage the RM admin mailbox: action email inquiries, monitor and follow up on responses, and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, or staff. Process payments and generate invoices for Accounts Receivable. Manage daily field activity sheets and follow up missing data with supervisors. Perform electronic record-keeping tasks to maintain data integrity. Provide general administrative support to the Business Support team. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Permanent resident of Australia. Experience working in finance/administration in a previous role. Knowledge of Roads ACT’s operations is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications, and experience in the use of financial databases such as Oracle. Ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
