About the Role Reporting to the General Manager of Australia, you will coordinate events and CPD programs across Australia. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-person, hybrid and online events. Support member groups and manage interactions with vendors, venues, and training providers to maintain strong relationships and enhance the Resolution Institute’s brand and profile. Duties include but are not limited to: End-to-end coordination and execution of the training and events program. Manage the CPD program, including coordinating, administering, and promoting in-person and online events. Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders including members, venues, presenters, vendors etc. Respond to and process event registrations and member enquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and marketing plans. Represent Resolution Institute at forums, committees and events. Maintain data on the CRM, conduct reporting and other administration duties as required. To be successful you will have: Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing events.
