RDAC is a leading provider of primary health care and related social and family support services to Aboriginal people and communities across Gippsland. About the role Based in Morwell VIC 3840 Full and part time positions available Salary is between SCHADS 3.1 up to 5.1 (dependent on qualifications and experience) super salary packaging options The positions are responsible for providing case management services to families and work towards achieving case plan goals. The role will support families to meet case plan goals by promoting child safety, permanency and development, increasing parenting capacity and family functioning. The positions will work in partnership with other services as part of a care team.
