Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate specialising in Family Law, your responsibilities will include:
Family Law:
* Providing expert legal advice on family law matters, including divorce, separation, property settlements, and parenting arrangements.
* Drafting and negotiating agreements related to family law disputes.
* Representing clients in family law proceedings and mediations.
* Handling complex family law cases, including those involving high net-worth individuals and intricate financial matters.
* Advising clients on domestic violence issues and obtaining protection orders.
Client Relationship Management:
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and providing high-quality legal advice.
* Identifying client needs and developing tailored legal solutions to meet their objectives.
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
* Leading and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of team strategies and goals.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery standards.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years PAE in Family Law.
* Proven expertise in managing complex family law cases.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
* Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
* Capability to lead and mentor junior team members.
* Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland.
