THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opening for an Assistant Brand Manager to drive the day-to-day management and growth of our Vision Care Portfolio through the application of clinical competency and marketing principles. The successful candidate will support the development of strategy and activations that drive business growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our patients and professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand diverse views and identify opportunities, demonstrating resilience and agility to drive and adapt to change.
* Analyze and monitor key drivers of patient and professional perception of ACUVUE/Johnson & Johnson Vision equity at master brand and sub-brand level.
* Leverage clinical and technical knowledge to understand opportunities to strengthen patient and professional equity to drive new fits across the patient path-to-purchase and professional path-to-fit.
* Support marketing execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory/compliance oversight process, and launch with field teams.
* Build and execute activations amongst eye care professionals to achieve #1 lens of choice, including clinical messaging in digital, conference/industry/KA events, claims, fitting process, diagnostic tools, and traffic building initiatives.
* Support routine and monitoring of patient and professional feedback, and the identification of innovative opportunities to deliver improved business performance and eye health outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
* Tertiary education (degree level) in Health Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
* Preferred experience in the medical devices industry.
* Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to effectively manage projects and events, with an extremely strong attention to detail.
* Sound organizational and time management skills, with good task prioritization.
* High level of professionalism and commitment to the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
