Job Responsibilities Legal expertise on corporate law, contract and agreement drafting; Undertake all activities of a legal adviser, including drafting of contracts, letters of advice, legal opinions, and other legal acts; Set up companies for our clients and liaise with government agencies; Application of visas, employment pass, and deal with immigration issues; Research and preparation of documents related to business activities concerned; Manage registration process and liaise with the government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory registrations and filings required; Review the work of legal advisers and provide constructive feedback as necessary; Support the duties of junior legal advisers and legal assistants of the firm if required; Participate in and contribute to enhancing the Firm's knowledge management, professional development, and Firm administrative activities as requested; Report and take instruction from the Partners, Managing Partner.Qualifications Holds a Master Degree of Law or a Bachelor of Laws with at least five years relevant work experience; Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally; Has an enthusiastic attitude towards building a career as a Senior Legal Adviser; Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail; Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality; Self-motivated and committed to self-improvement; Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.Application Instructions Send your application to Themis Partner - Sydney, Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
