They are looking for a Head of HR for a 12 month FTC. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing the People Strategy to ensure the company meets their business objectives. You will be managing all relevant HR processes and ensure HR policies are implemented across the UK, US, India and Singapore. You will be responsible for finding solutions for better people management, and the smooth roll out of any HR projects. This is a hands-on role advising and supporting the management team and employees plus driving international HR projects. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, truly international, highly successful and diverse company.What is the roleLeading the HR team, you will be driving and supporting priorities and workflow to ensure the company hits their business objectives. You will be working closely with the Senior Leadership team and utilising key data to advise them on a commercially focused HR People Strategy, influencing them on the best course of action. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be providing excellent HR Services to management and employees across the employee spectrum including Talent, Recruitment, performance management, compensation, L&D and ER. You will be championing continuous improvement and leading/participating in HR projects regionally and internationally. You will also be coordinating and advising senior management on remuneration policies and staff salaries based on external benchmarks and establishing and implementing policies and initiatives across the various HR functions.Skills and ExperienceYou must have gained the above Head of HR experience within Financial ServicesYou must have experience of working for an international SME and also used to working in a matrixed environmentDemonstrate great people management skills with a development mindsetA proven track record in delivering successful HR projects on budget and in timeStrong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levelsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR trends and practicesA motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and having the mindset of continuous improvement.Another European language is desirable but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
