Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production codE.
Other Requirements:
2. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
3. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction,
OR related field AND 12+ years experience working in product
4. OR service design and/or shipping production code
5. OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code
6. 1+ year(s) experience in research methods impacting both product direction and detailed experience design.
7. 6+ years experience shipping production-ready code as a result of a collaborative process.

Responsibilities
8. You will use sense-making and apply statistical analysis to distill data for a feature area, then share accessible insights that improve design and engineering processes for that feature area.
9. You will begin to conduct research that defines the customer in order to inform product strategy for a feature area. You’ll also help create new solutions and apply UX testing to uncover insights for continuous improvements, including for D&I and accessibility.
10. You will study the entire funnel to gain insights into user behavior. Specifically, you’ll use analysis to understand churn and the reason for a feature area.
11. You will collaborate in cross-disciplinary research efforts. This will involve mentoring other disciplines, providing research tools, recruiting programs for research, and helping put on large-scale customer learning events.
