ABOUT THE COMPANY We are currently working with a client located on the Gold Coast to find an experienced Construction Administrator. Our client is an award-winning new home builder who is experiencing consistent growth heading into 2025. They are looking for someone who is looking to grow with the business and have a long-term successful career in the residential market. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is for someone who has a positive attitude, a passion for hard work and getting the job done. As a Construction Administrator, it is a crucial part of the business so for this role you will have to have experience in the residential market, an eye for detail and great organisational skills. DUTIES Effectively manage a large portfolio of client contacts maintaining consistent communication Supporting several supervisors to achieve KPI's and deadlines Attending to administrative tasks directed by the Construction Admin Manager and General Manager Completing all documentation required for construction and updating Onsite Companion Liaising with Estimators, Drafting and Colours teams for plan changes and enquiries Supporting with invoicing and compiling handover kits WHAT YOU NEED Excellent customer service skills Strong communication - both written and verbal 1-2 years' experience in a construction administrative role Onsite Companion experience needed HOW TO APPLY Click the APPLY button with an attached resume and cover letter.
